Nexthink V6.8 is coming

As a reminder, Nexthink V6.7 introduced the End-user Feedback module and Scores. These two components are critical to help better understand and improve what really matters to the business.

Nexthink V6.8 is building upon this and contains a number of improvements developed with the precious feedback received from the field. This new release will be generally available on 30th January.

New Features Highlight

Workflows for questions: workflows allow you define the flow of questions based on the user’s answers.

Email digests upgrade : Nexthink have included the ability to use scores as part of your digest metrics. They have also made some design improvements.
