Webinar – The User is King: Delivering a Great User Experience in SharePoint and Office 365

We are delighted to announce that Peter Baddeley, SharePoint and Office 365 expert is to co-present our forthcoming webinar on User Experience with Mick McGuinness, one of our directors and founders.

Now that we’re all used to social media in our personal lives, wouldn’t you expect a more tailored experience from your organisation’s intranet and document management systems? What’s more, wouldn’t you expect it to work the same in any location and however you are accessing the data?

This is the challenge for the next generation of SharePoint and Office 365 projects and one that we’ll be seeking to address in this informative webinar.

In less than 60 minutes, Peter and Mick will take you through the key issues to consider in scoping an implementation or upgrade in SharePoint or Office 365, including:

  1. What are your user expectations?
  2. Where and how will people want to access your system?
  3. What are the security considerations?
  4. Who manages performance? You or Microsoft?
  5. What do you do if performance isn’t right?
