Our commitment to customers during the COVID-19 crisis
Dear Customers and Partners, we want to take a moment to share with you the approach that we are taking to support our staff, customers, partners, and community during this unprecedented event.
At Application Performance, our first commitment is to the health and safety of our staff. We have been a remote working company since our inception, and already offer flexible working locations and hours. This will allow our staff to continue working whilst supporting any social distancing, or other measures that are put in place. We are closely monitoring the situation and will share best practices with our team members to help them limit their exposure and keep themselves and their families safe.
Because of our strong background with remote working practices, we are confident that the coronavirus outbreak will not impact our ability to continue to provide our products and services to our customers. We are not greatly affected by office or transport closures, and all of our staff already have the tools and resources they need in their home offices; they will be able to continue their customer communication and support, without downtime or interruption.
Should we require attendance at a customer’s site, then we will review that on a case-by-case basis, and work with both our staff and our customers to offer alternative solutions whilst keeping everyone’s safety and security in mind. We will continue to monitor and follow the guidance of the WHO and appropriate authorities and will take any other measures necessary to safeguard our staff and customers. We are confident that we can continue to support our customers throughout this unsettling time.
